We tested www.kinderwunsch-drloimer.at with the most common assistive technologies in a wide variety of OS-Browser configurations:

based on the above, we apply WCAG 2.2 AA (latest) and EN 301 549 criteria to ensure accessibility. Meeting these standards creates a presumption of conformity with the EAA’s requirements and other regulations based on the same technical standards.

The Social Ministry Service will examine complaints to determine whether they relate to violations of the provisions of the Accessibility Act, in particular deficiencies in compliance with accessibility requirements, by the federal government or an institution associated with it.
If the complaint is justified, the Social Ministry Service must issue recommendations for action to the federal government or the legal entities concerned and propose measures to remedy the deficiencies in question.
