After an extensive renovation, the listed building at Promenade 23 has been shining in new splendor as the home of the Fertility Institute Dr. Loimer since 2020. The entire third floor has been transformed into a state-of-the-art center for assisted reproduction. We welcome couples in a discreet, warm atmosphere and offer the latest in reproductive medicine.
Parking is available in the building’s private underground garage, and public transport connections are just steps away. Restaurants, the city center of Linz, and the popular shopping street “Landstraße” are all within walking distance. Several hotels are also located nearby.
